On Pay-on-success, you pay nothing until the day the candidate signs the contract. On Priority, you pay a $5,000 retainer up front that's credited back at placement. On Subscription, you pay monthly.
What if the hire doesn't work out?
If the lawyer leaves or is let go within the guarantee window (90 days on success-based, 180 days on retained), we run a replacement search for free. Full stop.
Do you do partner-level searches?
Yes — that's the bulk of what we do. Partner moves in London, New York, Paris and Singapore (plus cross-border lift-outs) are our core practice. We can also handle counsel, senior associate, and in-house GC searches.
How do you find the candidates?
Direct outreach, our network, and referrals. We don't post on job boards and we don't spray CVs. Every name on a shortlist has been spoken to and qualified.
Do you handle interim or contract roles?
No. Reevia only places permanent senior legal hires. If you need fractional GC support or contract counsel, we can point you to people we trust.
What's your fill rate?
